Here’s a look at what happens during a Gold Pop Star Party in Coventry.
Gold Parties are fast, fun, and full of excitement from the minute the children arrive. There is a lot packed into the 3 hours, so we use our party slogan to help everyone remember what they are doing and what is coming next.
Sing, Pose, Feast, Film, Snap, Dance, FUN.
It sounds simple, but it is even fun just trying to say it sometimes.
Sing
We usually kick things off with the group song.
Once everyone has settled in, the children get ready to sing their chosen song together. They have a quick soundcheck, get used to being in the studio, and then sing as a group.
It is a good way to start because everyone gets involved straight away. Some children jump in quickly, and others take a bit longer to warm up, which is completely normal.
Once they hear the group singing together, they usually relax and start enjoying it.
Pose
Next, it is time for the red carpet photoshoot.
The children head into the Red Carpet room, have a laugh, and pose for photos together.
This is always a fun part of the party because they get to feel like pop stars for a few minutes, and parents get some great pictures to look back on afterwards.
Feast
After the singing and photos, it is time for a break in the Party Room.
This is where the children enjoy the booster buffet and have a bit of time to chat, laugh, and recharge before the next part of the party.
With a Gold Party, there is a lot going on, so this break works well before we move into filming.
Film
Then it is time to film the pop video.
We film the children dancing and interacting with each other in 4 different situations. This gives us plenty to work with and helps create a fun video from the party.
They do not need to know exactly what to do. We guide them through it, keep it fun, and let them enjoy themselves.
This part is often full of funny moments, big performances, and plenty of laughing.
Snap
Snap is when the children get to take pictures of themselves in the disco.
This part is always good fun because they can be silly, pose with friends, and enjoy seeing what they come up with.
During the disco, we often show their photos on the display monitor too. When you see them laughing at their funny and cool pictures, you know they have had a brilliant time along the way.
Dance
Then it is disco time.
The children get to dance to their favourite songs, enjoy the lights, and finish the party with plenty of energy.
This is where the room really comes alive. By this point, they have sung, posed, eaten, filmed, snapped photos, and now they can just dance and enjoy the final part of the party.
FUN
That is what the Gold Party is really about.
There is a lot packed in, but the slogan helps the children remember the order and enjoy each part as it comes.

It keeps the party moving and gives the children something different to do at every stage.
A photo to finish
Right at the end, we often get a nice picture of the birthday girl with her CD, photo, and anything else they have chosen, such as mugs, keyrings, or a Bluetooth speaker if they have done the Pop Star Puzzle.
It is a lovely way to finish the party and gives parents a final memory from the day.
What happens after the party?
After the party, the media is sent to the person who booked.
This may also be loaded to a secret page on the website, so the songs, photos, and video can be viewed and downloaded after the party.
That means the children do not just have the fun on the day. They also have memories to keep afterwards.
